The world ranking event of the English Open next week is sponsored by the global sports streaming platform Matchroom.Live
The Matchroom.Live English Open will take place from October 12th to 18th at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes with an enormous field of the world's best players.
A total of 128 players will compete for the famous Steve Davis Trophy, including world champions Ronnie O’Sullivan, Judd Trump, Neil Robertson, John Higgins, Ding Junhui, Shaun Murphy and defending champion Mark Selby.
Matchroom.Live was launched in May and offers fans around the world the opportunity to watch a wide range of first-class sports content live and on demand.
Fans can watch a variety of live sports including snooker, darts, boxing, billiards and much more through a subscription package and pay-per-view options in areas with no current broadcast.
In areas that have alternative shows, fans can still register for FREE and watch a large collection of content when needed, including classic clips and games, highlights, features and interviews.
The Matchroom.Live English Open will be broadcast on television on Eurosport, Quest, PCCW (Hong Kong), Truesport (Thailand), Sky (New Zealand), DAZN (Canada), Astrosport (Malaysia), Sportcast (Taiwan) and Liaoning TV and online -Transmission in China.
In all other areas it will be available on Matchroom.Live
It's the first of the 2020-21 Home Nations franchise. The campaign starts on Monday at 10 a.m.
